First, please be sure to read and follow all of the instructions included with your Kleer Drain. You can download the instructions here.

There are 3 key steps to follow when using your Kleer Drain:

1. Be sure to maintain a tight seal between the black rubber cup and your drain opening.
2. Be sure any type of overflow vents are tightly sealed. It is a good idea to use Duct Tape to accomplish this task.
3. There must be water in the clogged line, and above the Kleer Drain's rubber cup, as shown in Figure 1A in your instruction booklet.

Some clogs will require more than one use of your Kleer Drain.A new CO2 Cartridge is required for each use of your Kleer Drain.

Use of MAG Power Disks is optional; for indoor drains we suggest using zero or one Power Disk. For outdoor drains we suggest using one or two Power Disks.
